1.- Protection of personal data.
Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Protection of Personal Data, the client S.L. the users of the Website http://www.solvegacrops.com/ are hereby advised that the information furnished via our website by means of the appropriate forms and emails received, and which are considered as personal data, shall be incorporated into our files, for the purposes of handling the requested service, to reply to the user’s request and/or process the request. These files are registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency pursuant to prevailing legislation and implementing regulations.
The users warrant and shall be held liable, in either event, for the veracity, accuracy, validity, authenticity, relevance and non-excessiveness of personal data furnished, and hereby undertake to maintain same duly updated.
2.- Data furnished by third parties.
In the event that in the application personal data is included, by persons who are not entitled to same, the user must, prior to its inclusion, advise said persons of the contents in the preceding paragraphs. Solvega Crops shall be exempt from any liability whatsoever as regards the breach of this requirement.
3.- Data of minors.
The user is not authorised to furnish data of persons under fourteen years of age via this website. Solvega Crops shall be exempt from any liability whatsoever as regards the breach of this requirement.
4.- Commercial communications by electronic means.
The communications which are made via email or any other electronic means whatsoever shall be those required so as to process the user’s application or request.
Nevertheless, those communications which have been consented to or expressly authorised by the recipients pursuant to Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on services of the information society and Electronic commerce, except that set forth in Article 21.2 of said Law, as amended by the First Final Provision of the new General Law on Telecommunications.
5.- Security measures.
The data controller has adopted the legally required security levels of the protection of personal data, and has installed all the technical and organisational measures necessary and available according to the state of technology to prevent the loss, improper use, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the furnished personal data.
6.- Duty of secrecy.
The user can rely on the duties of confidentiality and secrecy of all those who process data on for and on behalf of same. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the user is aware of the option that the security of communications via a network is not invulnerable.
7.- Rights of those affected.
